Payments and Cancellations:
All cancellations are subject to the following conditions:Mogorosi Communications must be notified in writing of all cancellations.
Full payment is required 1 week prior to the conference by EFT or Direct Deposits. Cancellations are to be submitted and confi rmed in writing via e-mail or fax at least 14 working days prior to the event upon which the delegate fee will be refunded less a 10% +Vat service fee.
Legal action will be taken for the recovery of any outstanding payments. Any legal and related costs will also be for the account of the client. Mogorosi Communications reserves the right to change the venue of cancel the conference should it be deemed necessary.
Payments will only be reimbursed should Mogorosi cancel the conference. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood these terms and condition and that I accept them as duly authorized company representative. Substitutions: Participants must inform Mogorosi Communications in writing of any replacements.
