No seats will be reserved, unless Mogorosi Communications receives a signed proof of payment or signed registration forms. Mogorosi Communications reserves the right, due to circumstances beyond our control, to change speakers, program content, date & venue. The signed registration form is a legally binding contract.
All cancellations are subject to the following conditions: Mogorosi Communications must be notified in writing of all cancellations.
Full payment is required two days after receipt of invoice on online payment and five days on EFT . Cancellations are to be submitted and confirmed in writing via e-mail at least 7 working days prior to the event upon which the delegate fee will be refunded less a 10% +Vat service fee.
No refunds will be given for delegates who do not show up, or for cancellations 5 working days prior to the conference that they booked for. The company/individual is liable for full payment of the conference fee.
Legal action will be taken for the recovery of any outstanding payments. Any legal and related costs will also be for the account of the client. Mogorosi Communications reserves the right to change the venue of cancel the conference should it be deemed necessary.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood these terms and condition and that I accept them as duly authorized company representative. Substitutions: Participants must inform Mogorosi Communications in writing of any replacements.
